Import tickets-busta.csv (written to ~/Downloads, outside the synced folder) before sending. SEND A TEST FIRST and confirm both links resolve for a real profile: a merge field that does not resolve sends a dead ticket. AUDIENCE: the rejection goes to S&C AXCS REQUESTS [BUSTA RHYMES - 5TH OCTOBER] minus the five winners. That list must be populated from the sign-up sheet before this sends, or it reaches nobody. SAME-DAY: event is tonight, doors 19:00 and 22:00 Los Angeles.
